After we moved into the house, there were still outdoor areas and landscaping to complete, Dave, & Nathan were great to have around as they finished off, always professional, always up for a laugh and dedicated to their work and giving us the best home and yard we could have imagined. Dave demonstrated the highest levels of integrity throughout our build and we did not have one dispute or disagreement throughout the whole process!! You don’t get that from many builders. Always co-operative, always offering up suggestions and working with us to build and deliver our dream home, we were actually sad when the process was over – it was such an enjoyable experience we would do it all again tomorrow. Since the build the house has gone on to win the Hunter HIA Home of the year award in 2021 proof of the quality of Butler Building as assessed by industry judges. A number of friends who were impressed with Butler Building workmanship on our house have engaged Dave to build or renovate their homes and all have had similar positive stories to tell.
